-Resale tax i.d. # IF you are in North Carolina
-Business address and phone number (so we can send our customers your way!)
-Website (so we can link to it from our store)

Please note that we unfortunately cannot offer our goods for consignment at this time. We're sorry! But we're hoping that having such a low minimum order size will be a good solution for everyone.
